2TB Hard drive problems

Hello,

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what is wrong with my hard drive,

I've had it for a while, running games of it regulary, when suddenly it started showing problems,

When transferring data of it its quite slow and about every 5 seconds just goes to 0Mb transfer speed and then continues again

I've tried everything i know, from checking for errors using the windows 10 tool, formatting it (quick format since normal format does not work, it just doesnt fill the bar, even after 24 hours)

So if anyone knows what the problem could be and what i could do to fix this, thanks in advance

Well... it think its just about dead... but is there anything i can do to fix this?

Hahahaha oh fuck well i guess that means its beyond repair then time to throw it away then? Thanks for the help!

dban it into the ground if you had anything on it that you dont want some scavenger finding though

i just casually dumped it inside mountain dew waited two weeks but it didnt evaporate plugged it in while it was inside the mountain dew, fucking smashed it with a hammer, eventually got inside the HDD because the casing didn't stand my hammer, smashed the platters, spread the platter dust around outside

now i upgraded my game to a SSD with TRIM.
