Notes program for Windows that syncs to the cloud?

I use Google's Keep on my Android phone but there isn't a Windows program for this and I want a program that stays in the system tray.

Does anyone have any other program/service suggestions?

OneNote?

Just installed it from the Store.

It's very bulky (even on a 1440p monitor, it takes up a quarter of the screen, even when making the window small), and I can't seem to set timers to individual items.

Cheers for the suggestion, though :)

Any others?

Evernote perhaps? If you don't like OneNote.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

Also not sure which version you tried, but OneNote 2013 (I think, either way it's the desktop version and not the app one) is really nice in my opinion. I used a Surface Pro 3 for the last 3 years of college and the desktop version of OneNote was super useful at helping me keep all my notes organized and accessible. I thought the app version of OneNote was trash though, which is why I thought to comment here.
