Hey guys, I'm looking for a laptop to use when I go to university and I don't have a massive budget like what people usually have on this site. My budget is £500 since I will need to get some stuff like SD cards and a laptop bag.

Requirements are:

-13-14 inch screen

-Windows

-SSD

-1080p screen (touch preferred)

-Not super heavy

-i3 minimum processor

-minimum 4GB RAM

-Good keyboard and trackpad (Note I dislike the Lenovo keyboard)

-6+ hours Battery life

I've been looking at the cheapest Dell Inspiron 13 5000 2-in-1

Any other suggestions or opinions appreciated.

Not too into used but refurb is okay as long as there is some sort of warranty.

Just did a quick search on Laptops Direct using your criteria and these came up, have a look:

I've bought from Laptops Direct a few times and so have a couple of my mates through my recommendation. All these come with a 3 month Warranty and free free NDD. They're also all A1 graded which means they were unwanted, not broken then fixed. Normally because people don't want the color or they were a returned gift.

Thanks for that. I'll definitely consider the 13.3" HP one as for the others I need the smaller form factor since this is for uni and I've ruled out Lenovos cause we've used them in school and I've spent enough time looking up stuff and troubleshooting on my sister's laptop to know I don't like the keyboard.

Haha you're welcome! I thought I'd paste a good few for you, but if you want to search yourself there is a sidebar where you can choose the specs you want to search for, so feel free to look, there was loads more!
