Turn on C-state / P-state / C0, whatever it's called.

Is it possible to OC the Ryzen 7 1700 without letting it run on full blast even when not doing anything? It wasn't a few months ago, is this still the case?

Turn on C-state / P-state / C0, whatever it's called.

Look for p-state oc. AFAIK only x370 mobos support it but I am not quite sure so look it up
