To run 2 7870s or 2 7950s for litecoin mining? I am thinking of getting a FX 6350 cuz there will be gaming done on it.

So would this be fine? I know it is not that high quality but I need it to be as cheap as possible.

You should spend more on a high quality PSU. Get a seasonic 800W+

Its going to be pushing the PSU continuously for hours.
