What I mean by possibly, maybe, and near damn impossible is that with possibly, its everything I can sell without a dop doubt, With maybe, I'd have to do some negotiations but its still highly likely, and near damn impossible is I'd have to argue out to sell a ps4 I have used for only 3 hours in 5 months, but it was a gift and my family is reluctant to sell it.

Which one is the best of the 3 is my question in terms of power and price.

This is just me but I like being properly covered so I'd go for the 1080Ti.

That's gonna take a lot of arguing, but doable.

Option 2 with a 1080 ti as the only change

Basically option 3, but it would then go into the near damn imposs category. A better guide here for understanding pricing

1: 1090

2: 1190

3: 1520

So basically category 1 will be up to 1090, 2 up to 1190, and 3 up to 1520

considering the price delta between 1080 ti and 1080 is 195 it puts #2 at like 1380 so still way c heaper

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

#2 can only be up to 1190 though, that's the point where I have to start arguing over stuff.

Go for whatever floats your boat, is 30% performance worth a family fued?  you probably won't super notice it at 1440p anyways
