I'm planning on getting an intel NUC (latest generation). So I plan on running two monitors with it. One with HDMI and the other through USB c. This is where things get a bit fuzzy for me. I'm confused on what I can use. Can I use a type c to hdmi or type c to display port?  What am I restricted to on the display side.

Also for the ram, are there any tips on the size (like length width)?
