You have to provide more information! Budget? What are you using it for (specific and not just "gaming" in general)? One or more displays? At what resolutions?

Um..i think 500$ and i would like to use it in gaming but those are the parts i only need and i am using 1080p

I know it's over your budget but you could replace that Ryzen 5 cpu with the new Ryzen 3 1300X (~$130). If you wait a bit memory prices might drop as well again. You could also hunt for a second hand RX580 now that mining hype is waning …

 

EDIT:

You might even end up with better performance in games with Ryzen 3 1300X due to higher base clock.

If i will use that build...can i still upgrade that amd chip into fututre with intel?? If not thats ok...but can you give me the most high quality game it can play?

you will have to replace the motherboard if you wanna upgrade it to an Intel CPU. everything should be playable at 1080p, high-ultra should be fine for the 1060.

Is the mobo for amd is different from intel...? Can this play most open world games and photo editing like photoshop and corel draw x7? Thanks for the time...appreciate your help.
