I was wondering can this ram be used, in compatibility with my mobo, it has the right speed in mhz but was wondering if its worth the buy

Just wondering which one is the best bang for my buck out of this listing 

It's higly unlikely that any 4-stick setup will run at higher than 2400-2666Mhz. Yes, you can have them running at 3200 but it will take luck and stability settings to be found.

 

However GSkill seems the best in terms of compatibility with Zen

I have the asus crosshair vi hero so I was going to update the bios and see If I can get 3200 mhz out of it

With some tweaking you should be good to go, but I can't guarantee you that you will get higher than what I previously said. Go for GSkill tho
