Also what monitor do you currently have and are you planing on upgrading? I have a hard time recommending a 1080 TI for someone who thinks 1080p is fine.

I haven't tried it yet but heard you can get windows keys for super cheap on key sites. Your peripherals well have to be added so +90 bucks. If you are hard limited to 1800 skip the hard drive for now and get the system ruunning with the SSD only and add the hard drive in a few weeks.
