I have this card laying around. It's the Radeon HD 7450. Can I possibly mine with this? (Litecoins)

You need a powerful dedicated GPU. I'm not sure if it's worthwhile to even try on a 7450.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Users cannot, and will not securely manage key material. Most users can't and the ones that can, wont.

Ask me about Bitcoin, Litecoin, Crypto-Currencies, and/or Mining them.

If I wanted to, how should I? I don't pay for power and my parents don't seem to mind for some weird reason so... any extra kh would help right?

just pick up a 7770 on black friday. not the best miner but pretty cheap and would be worth it since ur not paying for power
