budget gaming pc help

Hello , i wanted to build a 1000$ pc but for some reason everything in israel is overpriced soo i need advice on which website should i use to order my parts beacuse if i buy my parts in isarel i lose about 300$ which is alot for me right now..

if u buy outside Israel u have to pay 4 taxes and shipping too

that will be much cheaper though i checked in a couple sites and almost in everyone of them if i bought the parts and used shipping it was going to save me about atleast 200$
