Can i use RX 560 2gb in crossfire, and what PSU should i use?

You can, but why you would? You are going to have some TERRIBLE performances there.

Any 500W+ good rated will be enough, better if you go for a 650W.

 

But really, it's pointless and a waste of money.

What budget and location? 
If I assume you have money for 2 rx 570 for the same price I could advice you an Rx 580 or GTX 1070. But maybe wait for the moment GPU mining is over and the prices are normal again...

So i live in Latvia (Northern Europe), i checked some prices, and i could get one RX 580 4gb for 250€ insted of two RX 560 2gb for the same price, and get another one later, after the mining craze.. can you approve my idea, or should i stick with only one card?

My CPU is I5 4460 (4th gen)

I would suggest searching for RX 580 with 8GBs.

It's so much better to get 1 good card then 2 middle/bad ones. So go with 1 card

Depends on your budget but I would go for 80+ gold 550W tier 1/2

It is MUCH better to go for a single, much stronger card like the 580 (4/8gb either). So yeah, go for the single one.

 

Any 500W+ psu will do the job, it doesn't consume much.
