All programs showing wrong gpu load except hwmonitor

All the programs are showing wrong  gpu load except hwmonitor. I've even tried using DDU to uninstall drivers and reinstall the latest ones.

No, hwmonitor shows 0% and other two show 16%.

wait are you talking about the load, Because there should be load on the GPU as it still has to reander the desktop

u see afterburner and gpu-z show 16% all the time whether im playing a game or its idling  only hwmonitor shows the correct gpu load

try reinstalling those two then see if that works, otherwise it is probably a sensor issue where the sensors aren't sending the correct data to GPU-Z and Afterburner

but if the sensor's busted wouldnt it send the wrong data to hwmonitor too?

no not saying the sensor is busted but it just the data is possibly getting lost along the way.
