Yes, you'll have plenty of PCIe lanes.

Even if you only hat 16 lanes the wireless card would pull from the chipset and not take CPU lanes.

 

Edit: You'll have enough slots. You can put the wireless card above the GPU if you want.

Possibly. If not you can pick up a cable with a C13 end to UK style plug.
