As far as I know, you wouldn't be able to do this since GTA SA for PS2 doesn't have any network capability built into the multiplayer aspect of it.

 

You could however play GTA:SA on pretty much any PC nowadays and install the San Andreas Multiplayer mod or the MultiTheftAuto mod on your PC, join a server and essentially play together in pretty much anything really.
