There are no 1060 ti's.

 

Your PC is good for purely gaming, but your motherboard cannot overclock.
Change either your CPU to a 7700(non-k) or your Motherboard to a Z270 version so you can use your overclockable CPU.

I think OP would have a better time maybe getting a lower end processor, a Ryzen 1600 perhaps? and a better graphics card like a 1070 or 1080

I thought there is a version of 1060 with memory clock bump by nvidia?Maybe he is referring to that

i knew they upgraded the 1060 so i thought they named it 1060 ti but yes thats what i meant
