Windows 10 usb help

Im probably missing something obvious here, but how do i get the windows file i downloaded to be flash drive (the flash drive is 32gb). it says the file is too big even though the website say it only takes like 5gb. do i need to compress the file, if so how?

P.S. im putting on to a flash drive to boot onto my new pc with an msi mobo, and i have purchased a windows 10 key.

so do i need to download rufus onto my current comp to put it on the flash drive?Insert other media

Ok, i found out why i couldnt do it, i am not running windows on this computer and the install manager didnt like that.

Yea, use the windows media creation tool on another windows pc. 

That should fix it.
