hello guys im stumped and i think i need to return my mouse but i will start here to see if anyone has any idea, yesterday i received my brand new master mouse pro l from cooler master and i plugged it in to my pc it worked great . i noticed that the back right pinky button (for me it worked well with my pinky) changed the rgb color and the dpi button on the bottem changed the speed of the mouse and the indicator lights on the side changed accordingly i then downloaded master mouse pro l software from the cooler master product page and installed it. it was version 0.52 i think i ran it and it told me my firmware was out of date so i updated it but it failed. all the lights were off, it was on the highest dpi and the scroll wheel wouldn't work. i unplugged and re plugged it and it worked fine so i then tracked down the newest version of cooler master portal (v1.00) and the master mouse pro l software (v1.01) and tried again same thing happened but i re plugged and it fixed, i then uninstalled anything i could related to my old Chinese off brand mouse, and restarted my pc. i tried updating it again and it is now stuck in that no lights high dpi mode and shows no firmware version when i check the software and will not let me attempt a fimware update. i assume the firmware is just corrupt or something. any idea?

im trying to contact support as i type in another window. and i just got it yesterday off amazon so i hope it has a warranty.

Oh also I don't know if you tried but try and install a driver for the mouse if there is any, I had an issue with my razer mamba TE and I contacted razer and they gave me a driver to download which fixed my mouse issue.
