Is It worth it?

So i am currently running an amd fx-8350 and a gtx 950 and im thinking of upgrading the 950 and i was looking at the gtx 1050 ti from MSI and thought is it worth the upgrade? I would be getting an rx 580 or something but they are way too expensive now

I would say wait till the price goes down a bit, it'll be a worth it wait

Try to go for a 1060 6GB if you can't find a RX. A 1050Ti is a fine upgrade, not a huge one.

They are pretty much on the same level, with the 580 generally ahead in DX12/VULKAN but not by a big margin.

 

So.. go for the cheapest.

In my opinion I like nvidia cards more than AMD, but go for the cheapest like the guy above me said
