it's kinda hard to get screenshots of bios... so turn off PC. turn it on and mash the del button. then you switch the bios to advanced mode (often f7 key)

then you should see an OC tab. set the ring ratio also could be named clock multiplier to 39

Is a base clock frequency of 100MHz normal. My ratio is at 8x.

No wonder why you're getting 801 MHz! Set the ratio to 35 to bump your speed back up to 3.5 GHz which is your CPU's base.

How do I restore defaults in AI Suite and in the BIOS?

Just remove AI Suite, overclocking shouldn't be done with the software.

It's getting pretty late (early - 5 AM) for me as I'm overseas at the moment so I'm gonna have to get off.

If setting your ratio to 35 still doesn't work, then I suggest looking online on how to restore your BIOS setting to default for your motherboard.

Thanks but I don't know how to change the ratio. I will look for a vide online to reset the BIOS and I will remove AI Suite. Also I didn't try to overclock with it. Thanks so much for being so patient once again :D

Advanced Mode > AI Tweaker > Scroll until you see AI Tuner. Set to XMP and core ratio should be sync all cores. There will be numbers underneath that's double digits and labeled "CPU ratio" (or single digits if your CPU was somehow underclocked in BIOS) and type "35" and enter.

Can anyone help me change my CPU clock to 3.5GHz. XMP is disabled for some reason and it sucks have .8GHz

Try looking up how to reset your BIOS - it should revert to stock settings which should work. Alternatively you can update your BIOS by looking up your mobo model and download the update from the manufacturer onto a USB. This would also set you back to stock settings.

Yea, I would just clear the CMOS since other settings could be off too. There are often easier ways to do it with specific mobos which you should look up but I just shut the computer down, flick the switch off in the back, pull all of the cables out, then remove the battery that looks like a watch battery on the mobo by pushing back the little metal tab (It should pop out). Wait like 30 seconds, put it back in and plug everything in/fire it up again.. check your bios again to make sure that your multiplier is normal again. It should be set to auto or 35.

Also, fire up hwmonitor or something and start monitoring your temps and whatnot.

Maybe you have a bad cooler right.
