What Motherboard Should I Pick for Ryzen 5 1600 and gtx 1060

Very likely.  Both are similar in board setup but the ASRock will likely have a better UEFI at this point.

My MSI boards just recently got a UEFI with all of the memory settings available while the ASRock boards have had that for months.

In B350 boards MSI Gaming Pro Carbon is likely your best bet.  It has one of the most robust VRM's for a B350 board.  If you want to spend a bit more money, Taichi is likely the most robust board on the market as far as voltage control.

so i had this board previously, but it didn't work out for me. just too many bugs. i moved to the asus b350-f strix and haven't looked back

honestly i wouldn't worry too much about VRMs. the best overclocks are fairly limited to the best x370 boards

I think you pay moar for quality parts and moar stability while overclocking at the higher end AM4 x370 boards. (and options)
