game and college work. looking to get into youtube when I leave home but tech goes obsolete fast

edit: like is there any advantage over the zen b350 x370 chipsets on x99

Ryzen costs less, can still support few gen of CPU while X99 is dead

looking to get x99 and upgrade in the future on the same motherboard as I'm buying a board for about $50 equivariant w// shipping. do you think the INTEL XEON E5-1620 is the most value for money, I don't know if its worth the cost of a CPU like The Xeon E5-2603v3 for the price to performance (I'm fine with ryzen mentions)
