GTX 1060 frame cap

Can some one help. I used to get 60fps on ultra in FO4 and now its limiting me to only 33fps even on low. I tried to fix it by messing with settings in nvidia control panel but nothing has worked.

Uninstall the drivers with DDU.

Download the drivers from nvidia and install those.

 

Repeat test and see if that fixed it.

Ah it was out of date drivers that I needed to update via Geforce Experience
