UPDATE 6:

 

1. Got transmission working. All I did was redo the chgrp and chown and it's done. Man I thought only Windoze has weird problems. 

 

2. Still couldn't get emit server to run smoothly in VM since there is not enough leftover processing power to really do transcoding so I end up running BOINC in the VM. As for OwnCloud I plan to do it in another machine instead. Don't want to run too many things in one system. The VM I will also move over to another machine too once I get my hands on one. 

The Internet is invented by cats. Why? Why else would it have so much cat videos?
