PS and Ai problem

hey, I have a problem. My wifi has Asus X555LN laptop with 8GB of ram, i5-4210U CPU, 840m 2GB GPU, windows 10 64bit PRO. And shes working with adobe pack, most of the time with illustrator and photoshop. So I was installed for hear adobe cc 2014 version, but she said its buggy and bad, but worked for almost half year and now said that it does not copy from Ai(illustrator) to Ps(photoshop), when shes trying to copy both programs freezes. So I downloaded adobe cc 2017, installed but problem is still the same, then I installed 2015 version - still the same, then I installed just trial versions from creative cloud but still problem persist... So I reinstalled windows... installed 2015 version but still problem persist... whats happening that when I press ctrl+c on Ai project image or some object that is big enough and open Ps , Ai freezes instantly and I can not Paste it to Ps. when both programs are openned I get ~7GB of 8GB ram used. I tought that maybe its because just 8GB of ram, but she said she was able to copy previously on 2014 version for some time until it became unusable. Any toughts how to fix it? By the way, copying small obejct like line or curve working fine, but when I try copy same image that she made then problem appears.
