mouse lag/delay

For some odd reason, my mouse seems a tiny tiny bit delayed. Not enough to be a major problem, but enough for me to notice. Im not sure if its just my mouse tho, could it be windows 10? Im not sure. I tried a few different mouses and it was all the same. Just a little bit weird, if anyone has suggestions please let me know; cause microsoft support is trash loool. Thank you!! (Btw its a new computer, just built.)

I turned that off awhile ago. And its not really dpi issue. Its like a litttttttlee lag. Not that much to 10000% notice, but enough for it to be a problem. like less then 1 sec delay. i'd say like .30 ms delay or something.

Tried a different mouse, same issues. Its 24/7. Meaning that games don't cause the issue, but its more noticeable in a game. On my other computer, its totally fine.

Thank you soooo much for your input. I got it too work. You helped me soooo freaking much ahahah. I replaced the hdmi cable with a display port and now its 60hz refresh rate. it was only pulling 30 with the hdmi cord.

no problem tho i asked more than do anything to help haha but why was it only 30 with the hdmi? welp, anyways, problem sovled hahaha

honestly im not sure. All I know is that I watched a youtube video on how to fix lag on 4k monitor, took off the cover on the display port, plugged that in, and then it worked. APPARENTLY its because hdmi is 30hz. I guess lol.
