Thermaltake Core V21 help??

I have a Core V21 for my build, and i dont know how to remove the top brackets where i need to place my water cooler. The included instructions are too vague for me to understand.  Has anyone worked with this case before?

Try taking off the top and see if it can take it off

Or just follow the instructions the best you can. There are probably some screws and it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
