Cloning Linux

I have a Linux Mint installation, and seeing as I've installed it on a failing hard drive with over 53,000 hours and bad sectors (yeah, I'm smart), I'd like to know of a way to clone the installation to another hard drive in the same computer. is there something that can do this? It doesn't have to be run under Linux. Bootable is fine. Also, is there something that also has a way to update the destination with whatever changes were made instead of re-cloning the entire drive if I were to run it again, so that I can just periodically use said software to update the destination drive? Thanks!

If you have bad sectors, I wouldn't clone anything. I would just do a backup of the files you need.

Yeah, you don't want to duplicate a bad sector.

The drive has bad sectors, but has never lost any data. I don't care too much about the integrity of the clone, as I won't be using it unless the 1st drive dies. It wouldn't be too big of an issue for me.
