Posted July 18, 2017 They are comparable in main features, and diverge in arguably less important features (like onboard audio and USB3 implementation). I seem to remember the Asus board was a bit more robust on the VRM side, but it's still not a heavy overclocking board. Depending on the rest of your components, it may not matter much. Posted July 18, 2017 I have the ASUS motherboard and have no complaints (apart from only 1 16x PCIe slot) Not sure how it would stand up to overclocking though.
