Every time I try to change something in the software I always get "set current profile id failed" how can I fix this

Try to find the profile file location of the software and delete them then try to change again.

I am having the same issue. Extremely dissapointed with this mouse since the scroll doesnt work, the side buttons dont work, I can't change the colors, and I cant see where I'm dragging a window when I try to move it.

I contacted there support. I'll post here if they answer....

Also, I've tried installing/reinstalling, deleting drivers, etc. Nothing worked.

I don't have any of those problems just can't do anything with the software

I fixed it! Go into your c drive type mionix and find the folder where there is a firmware upgrade and then upgrade it

Nevermind, I managed to get it to run, don't know what I did.

I've managed to find a fix to this. For me i managed to get it working by opening the mionix folder and thereafter open "FWupdate" and run the update tool located in there.
