I re-installed win 7 ultimate sp1 on my pc but didn't leave my homegroup, so now when I try to start/join a homegroup on my network it ask for a password. How do I fix this? Why the hell didn't microsoft make it so you can't have more than one homegroup on a network. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

You can change the password. Under home group settings it's a blue link saying change the password. You say yes to the window which says it will remove all current users from the group and then you can enter whatever password you like.
Thanks man.
