So you may know me already as i had a few problems with this build, after stresstesting and completly setting up the system i noticed that things were getting slow and Windows started repairing the HDD so after that i restarted and now it seems like windows shot itself or the hdd is damaged, I checked Sata Ports and Cables so it is either the HDD (Seagate 2TB) or Windows what would you do in my Situation?

Thanks in advance, Guess i will wipe the HDD clean and fresh install although the HDD is like 1 1/2 days old

You can try the drive in a different computer to see if the issue is replicated there, and if you'd like to see if the hard drive is what is having issues, you can run Seagate's free diagnostic tool SeaTools to check into the health of the drive. There is a version which runs from DOS and a guide on how to use it, if you're not able to get to the point of running the Windows version of the tool. Both the Windows and DOS downloads are accessible from the main SeaTools link provided.

I managed to install Windows 10 after I wiped the HDD clean and performed a clean install via USB. No Problems for 2 Days, I started getting Issues again so I ran the Easy Long Diagnostic test, the Easy Fast Test and the S.M.A.R.T. Test the drive completed them all without issues or finding any Errors which to be honest surprised me a bit as i dont know what causes the errors.
