Hello, I am requesting a Ryzen/Nvidia Pc to play games like PUBG and Rainbow Six. I also have interest in starting a YouTube channel, so the ability to edit videos would be great as well. My budget is $650 USD. Thanks!

SSDs are awesome, but more RAM will be better for video editing.

not if the HDD cant keep up (premiere struggles with that), 8GB is fine

I'd just up the budget and get both (more RAM and an SSD), to be sure it'll run well. Though you'll want at least a 250GB SSD to edit and boot off of.

Trust, 8GB is fine if he's editing and maybe has a few programs open in the background, most of his edits will be most likely simple cuts and maybe some rolling/still Titles.

Good point. 8GB isn't that bad, considering you can scrape by with 4GB (on a Mac, which handle RAM better, with FCP X. It's terribly slow though).
