OBS audio randomly not recording

Good day everyone,i have an issue that needs to be resolved

 

Ever since i started using OBS (i switched from fraps becouse it can encode in mp4-have very little space)

 

1.my recordings used to run at 5ps-solved it

2.My recordings used to not play at all-fixed it

3.my current problem-OBS for some reason which i dont know at complete random it corrupts my recordings (rare) and completly doesnt record my desktop audio (the audio coming out of my speakers like game audio and skype)

This happens almost every second recording and at complete random and i just cant find a way to fix it and i have searched everywhere

 

My computer is more then capable of recording without any hickups in framerate or any instability problems,yet it decides to not record my desktop audio at random,but my microphone records flawlesly every time,what gives?

PS,i am using OBS studio
