HELP! i7-7500u for design work?

Inspiron 7000 Gaming 7567 is stuck with the poor TN panel across-the-board in the UK.

 

The Acer Predator G9 has similar battery life, a similar GPU, but a much better display (IPS / 72% NTSC / 82%-90% sRGB). https://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/products/keywords/predator+15+G9/ex/true

 

Cheapest one doesn't list IPS, so not sure if it has it or not, but the rest do.
