I was looking at pc stuff on amazon on my phone and all of sudden the screen goes black and i tried force shutting it down and restarting it but nothing came on screen and i tried every single button to get it to turn on and i have no idea why it's not coming on, it's never been dropped in water and i haven't had problems were it randomly crashes and needs to be shut down until i updated to andriod 7.0. Now i can't do anything with my s7 it's not turning on at all what do i do?
