Intel Xeon E5450

My Intel Xeon is running at high temps and I want to cool it but on a budget It runs around the high 70's while I play games, it has the stock heat sink of a Intel E5700 from a Dell Inspiron 560.

I know but I also want to overclock it, I want it to be under $20 but $30 if it would be worth it

max for safe temps on modern intel cpus is about 85c, you can do some BLCK overclocking (the only way, you cant do multiplier because its an xeon), but since you have an OEM machine i doubt you can touch with BLCK, even at that BLCK overclocking is dangerous and fucks with everything else in your system (ram, pcie, pci, usb, chipset)
