Currently have the ek s360 kit installed in my pc (not showing the pictures as its disgraceful :P will try to make it look a lot better next time). I am getting a new graphics card soon either vega or a 1080/ti depending on results. My question is am I able to turn the s360 kit into a full custom loop as well as add a drain to it, if yes what all extra would I need and would I need to get a bigger res+pump.

Things to consider will be to upgrading the pump to a D5, it is more powerful and quieter for the same flow (i think). You can also get another radiator and more fans for more cooling potential.

Obviously if you get a new block/rad, you need 2 more fittings for each block. Reservoir size is not important for performance. Adding a drain is highly recommended, you need at least a T-fitting and a ball-valve, another fitting, and perhaps a few male-to-male dual rotary fittings.

If you want hardline you need to change all your fittings,

If I was to do this without hardline as much as I love the looks of hardline, how much would it cost me roughly without and with hardline. Also if you don't mind could you list the exact name of the items needed everything you just said, I just went what the hell is all this haha

I've listed EK products below because I am too lazy to find "the best", but in principle any company variant would work. Would recommend to stick to a few and matching companies for parts that need to work together (fittings and tubing, for example) to minimize compatibility issues.

for a pump any cylindrical variant of these would be great for almost all custom loops. I wouldn't use the Bayres variant unless if forced to.

To construct a drain-port using EK parts you will need at least

and another 2 fittings, one for the T-splitter, and one to connect a soft tube to the ball valve (note this better if this one connection is soft tubing).

You should use compression fittings that match the tubing diameter of your choice, you will need to replace every single fitting from your current loop with these. For most considerations, it is just for looks so go for what you like. I would recommend PETG over acrylic especially if its your first time.

Also you will need to get a silicon insert from the same manufacturer that matches the inner diameter for your hardline. A heat gun (from a hardware store), and either a good pair of tubing cutters or a hacksaw. Coarse sandpaper, and a chamfer tool. Dish washing detergent is also helpful for inserting the silicon.
