I guess technically it's not incorrect. It can run something at 4K, but it doesn't mean it will run well.

That being said, I understand what you mean in how it's quite annoying how people spin things and try to sell off their "top of the line" gaming PC for a ridiculous price. That and it doesn't even have an SSD.

I can't believe it costs that much though, buy it from amazon US then ship it there, then it will be less than $1000 for a 1080.

The page only mentions imports from the US, we could assume that applies to all countries but maybe you can import it from Canada or get a friend to bring it over?  After all, people travel to Turkey with laptops.
