This would be the Price if i would´ve bought and built it myself, cheapest components/Kinguin Key and used GTX 970, BUT i have my doubts if this build is really worth it in the long run(Offbrand Powersupply and really cheap mobo), furthermore i was thinking about upgrading this system by adding a SSD and a better Cooler

Zalman isn't offbrand. (used to be?) high end cooler manufacturer. I would still consider Zalman PSU's as a good option. (even though they don't always like to pay for their 80+ certificate >>> keep your money in your pocket)

Zalman isn't "off-brand", though they do re-badge other manufacturer's PSUs (this is a common practice). But looking at who they rebadge and your PSU, it's likely you got something from a good OEM. ASRock is a great motherboard manufacturer. The board only cheap because it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a Z series board.

So you scored a great build for the cost.
