HDD to SSD clone error

ive tried to clone my hdd to my sdd . and it ending up good in first but in the long run my mozilla firefox got error , the nvidia experience got error some programs got error like ontology.dll etc .

(i dont want to reinstall the os pls dont bother to suggest it)

 

ive tried macrium and other cloninng program . it doesnt solve the problem

Do you have an backup (image) from the HDD? If not I'd recommend to reinstall Windows from a DVD or USB

If Samsung Data migration software is not in the list of the ones you have tried, then give it a try and see if it detects your disks and does the clone without errors.

does it work with non samsung ssd ? coz i have an toshiba ocz ssd

It didn't in the past but i think some 3D nand SSDs are registered now, i know for sure it hates Sandisk SSDs.

ive try macrium reflect before and it works fine but in the long run my firefox and geforce experience corrupted and got error . :/
