Unreal Engine 4, Cry Engine 3 & Unity (If you get very high quality assets)

future proof engines is kinda a werid question since depending on your art style it can pretty much be timeless as long as you allow for any resolution setting

I don't know anything about mobile engines, but UE4 seems pretty versatile and likely to be around for a long time because of the business model behind it.
