RAM Problem?

 I have my r7 1700 and asrock ab350 pro 4 with corsair vengeance lpx and am having trouble getting it to run above 2100, could somebody help me?

update your BIOS. also, you have to set the RAM speed in the BIOS.

Latest version. ANd yes I have tried that but the PC just boot loops (well more like post loop cause it doesnt even get to bios splash) for like 15 seconds then boots up at 2100 speeds

what speed is the memory rated at? 

some motherboards may still have problems with RAM, it was a known issue with ryzen and I am not 100% sure if it has been fixed on every motherboard
