I realy need some skillz guys to help me solv this issue that i have.

 

PC spec:

i5 7600K

Gigabyte B250M D2V

16 GB ddr4 2133

GTX 960 4 gb Palit

Xilance 550W bronze 85

120gb ssd hyperx 3K

120 gb ssd Evo team elite

1 tb WD blue

Seidon V 120 ver.2.0

 

Problem:

Im twitch streamer and i used to use i5 4460 with 16 gb of ddr3 ram and my stream setting for 720 p on 60 fps worked like charm.Since 3 days i got i upgraded myself a pc(specs are up) i got wierd issue that noone in my country are aware how to fix it.the problem is that i got FPS Drop from 60 to 30/10/15/ its randoms and start my stream laggs,i try all 240p graphic settings low bitrate encode from my gtx to proccesor and so on.then i tested with nvidia share(used to be shadowplay) same stuff and gameshow software same problems so its not in brodacast softwares.i changed few windows 10,with first update then driver instalation then i tryed win 10 first drivers then rest updates.tryed to turn off game dvr mode and vsync on off.same stuff happens.bios is new on MB.

 

While im standing still on stream works good but right when i start walking droping fps are on.i tryed diablo 3,overwatch and so on games that used to work great.

my internet isnt the best but its vaible 45/8 with 9 ms ping.

tryed Nividia graphic drivers old ones new ones.beta ones.all the same.

CPU: got 50 C and GPU got around 75C

there is no bottleneck and no throtle or overheeting.

 

I realy need help becsue i spent all my money to get something better that i cloud afford to stream and now i cant do anything.

im willing to give some expert teamviewer to check and make diagnostic..i need big time help.there is no more option for my knowlage that i can try.

 

i added some pictures with my old setup for streaming and i tryed to use the same,even used the twitch test to find best usefull twitch server for me.

Well as you have an Nvidia GPU use Shadowplay which is built into GeForce Experience.
