Screen Mirroring to PC?

I was thinking of capturing mobile gameplay from my phone just for lolz. Sure, there's those free screen recorders but a. they take up space, and b. I'd like to record it to PC via OBS or some sort. How can I screen mirror with only a USB and a 3.5mm jack without rooting, kind of how RemoteJoyLite works in ye olde PSP days?

PS: I know there are capture cards that can take feeds from mobile phones via USB, but it seems that only the high-end ones offer that

Vysor doesn't seem to work. It only shows the first frame, and that's it.

But I found something. Asus phones has a PC Link feature. Its similar to how Vysor works, but it magically functions properly unlike Vysor. Now if only I can figure out how to fix the feed playing at about 15 frames a second...
