hey guys,

this has probably already been asked, but how can I rewrite a certain file or block/delete it from OS\C ?

this is a small utility that lets the admin or users with other permissions black screen the PCs.

cheers,

chicksoup

If you guys need the files I can send  them to you or upload to dropbox

Well the whole point of user account control and administrators having privileges that standard users don't is that it cannot be bypassed. However, if you can boot into another OS (bootable linux distro), you can modify, add or remove files (including the one that contains local account passwords (in an encrypted form and I would guess you're trying to get over a school system, in which case the school passwords won't be in there but on the network)).

What @colonel_mortis said, load up another OS if you must replace files in the operating system.

With all this said, it seems a bit sketchy why you would be wanting to do this....there are ways to do this, but none of them easy and none of them reliable (After all, what you are asking is very close to virus type of activity, which means finding holes in the OS).  So I would doubt you will be getting a full answer to your question.
