Changing Graphics Card

Hello Guys, i have a question for ya.

I have a really good Computer with a i7-6700/16GB RAM/3TB HDD/H110M-S2H AND A GTX 960 4GB

Does it make a sense for me, to change my GTX 960 4GB to GTX 780 Ti

Why do i ask for this? Well i saw a few Benchmarks on YouTube. And self saw Benchmark on Benchmarklab.com

I also know that GTX 780ti is older. This is also why i ask for this.

Do you guys think this is a good idea? Even tho modern games uses more and more VRAM and GTX 780ti has only 3GB/VRAM.

But my GTX 960 has 4GB. Cause i have the better (4GB) version of it.

not to sure the 780Ti is roughly around a GTX 970 which is one tier above you card. How much is the 780Ti?

Edit: it really depends on how much that 780Ti is.

Raise the power consumption... 780Ti is coming

Thank you for your Fast Respond. Appreciate That.

I saw a Used one for 175 euro. So its around 170$

But a GTX 970 (Used) is also the Same Price. Wow. Am Suprised :D

Edit:

Power Consuption is not really Important for Me.

My 960 takes 125W

But the 780 Ti takes 250W......

Thanks for Information ;)

ya I would take a 970 they are still great, and you get that .5 GB extra over the 780Ti, won't need too much VRAM for 1080p gaming. or you can wait if it is not urgent for volta (probably next year and get a 10 series card) or Vega to come out to see your choices.

GTX 970 is more power efficient, i am also finding used but it is useless because none sells it here

Thank you Guys for all Responds

Appreciate that.

And you guys are right. I was suprised by the Power usage...

Damn it.. 250W

The 970 is a better option. I just barely saw it.

I had no clue about it.

NOW i think i will sell my GTX 960 and buy the 970.

What you think about it?
