High GPU Temps

Hi! I have a MSI Twin Frozr 7950 thats probably around 4 years old and its thermals on idle are ~51 degrees celsius and under high gaming load is ~78 degrees. Are there any ways to decrease these temps? I already cleaned the dust recently, but any suggestions are helpful! Thanks.
