No Audio HELP!

Last night my audio worked fine.

 

Now this morning I can't find why my speakers or headphones wont work. Although when I play audio like a youtube video if I go into playback devices the audio doesnt even get that far. Its not muted or anything like that.

 

Im on Windows 10

Had the same problem a couple of days ago, but that was with audio through HDMI. Solution there was to reinstall my Nvidia drivers.

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.
